We want you to love everything you order from Gorji Home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, email us at support@gorjihome.com with your order number and details.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We’ll gladly exchange items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized or custom-made goods
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit-card provider. Processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@gorjihome.com.
