Welcome to Gorji Home! We want your order to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and track orders placed through our store.

Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Shipping destinations

We ship from Almaty, Kazakhstan to customers across Kazakhstan and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@gorjihome.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight/dimensions, and the chosen carrier.
  • From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; any promotion details will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • Within Kazakhstan: 2–7 business days
  • International orders: 10–20 business days (may vary by destination and customs processing)

These are estimates only — actual delivery may be affected by carrier performance, customs clearance, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier and a tracking number (if applicable). If you don’t receive tracking information within a few days after shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or carrier issues beyond our control.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please email support@gorjihome.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Address changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@gorjihome.com. We’ll try to update the shipment before it leaves our warehouse, but we can’t guarantee changes after processing or after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
